This was my first project at SHOW BUSINESS, which came about by referral. I worked alongside the founder of a considered, hand-crafted DTC jewellery brand to scale operations.

The work involved organization design, process mapping, role structuring and task management.

Outcomes: An Operations Assistant placed in the role within 3 months, managing the day-to-day. The founder's time was freed up for creative work, product design and business development. Operational capacity increased for expansion of product range, wholesale, trade events and marketing initiatives.
